Traditional Thai Massage in Bangalore
Acupressure along the body's Sen energy lines combined with assisted yoga stretches — energising rather than sedating, and performed fully clothed.
Traditional Thai massage, known as "Nuad Thai," is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. This therapeutic technique involves the practitioner using their hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, and feet to apply pressure along the body's energy lines, or "Sen," to release blockages and enhance energy flow. Typically performed on a mat on the floor, the recipient remains fully clothed during the session. The massage aims to relieve tension, improve flexibility, stimulate circulation, and promote overall well-being.
Why Thai massage feels different
No oil, fully clothed
You stay in loose cotton clothing on a floor mat — ideal if you'd rather not have an oil massage.
Stretch and release
Assisted yoga postures open the hips, hamstrings and shoulders in a way hands-only work can't reach.
Energising finish
Most guests leave lighter and more mobile rather than sleepy — a good choice for a morning or mid-day session.
