Choosing from the scrub menu
Ghogi Spa’s 45-minute options include Almond Milk & Honey, Fruit, Aromatherapy and Sea Salt scrubs at ₹3,000, and Neem & Tulsi at ₹3,300. The Detox Scrub is a 90-minute option at ₹5,000.
The names reflect different ingredients and sensory experiences. Discuss your preferences with the team, especially if you have sensitive skin or need to avoid nuts, fragrances or another ingredient.
When to avoid exfoliation
Do not scrub broken, irritated or sunburnt skin. Tell the team about recent skin treatments, active irritation and allergies before making your appointment, and ask a healthcare professional if you have a skin condition.
Gentle exfoliation is not a reason to tolerate stinging or discomfort. Speak up during your session so the treatment can be adjusted or stopped if needed.
Pairing a scrub with a spa visit
If you want to combine a scrub with a massage, ask the team about the appropriate order and appointment length. Book enough time for both rather than assuming an additional treatment can be added on arrival.
For a special occasion, avoid trying an unfamiliar exfoliating treatment immediately beforehand. A calm, comfortable skin experience matters more than a promise of instant results.
After your treatment
Treat freshly exfoliated skin gently and avoid adding another abrasive scrub at home straight away. Ask the spa team for guidance that reflects the treatment you selected.
